Everyone's such good role models here! But Cindy because she could have stood up for herself, but she didn't.

^ Cinderella never really stood up to her step-mother or her step-sisters. I think that was Irene was implying.

Yeah, Annika said exactly what I was trying to say. Cinderella was part of the family, when her stepmother and sisters told her to become a servant she could have said no, or she could have moved out and started a new life. But she didn't do anything.

Damn, everyone is calling one another by their first names.

Either Pocahontas or Cinderella. Pocahontas never spoke up when it is needed, and she prolongs things unless it is really bad when things could have been avoided. She is extremely indecisive, so she is passive in a way

Irene - Moved out? Started a new life? Without money? Very unlikely.

Yeah Pocahontas is annoyingly indecisive. She mopes around way too much and that just leads to unfortunate things. And yeah she disobeys her father running off to see John Smith. But I think she has really admirable traits, she teaches us to accept others and teaches us that hatred leads no where. She does try to do the right while wanting to choose her own path at the same time.

Rapunzel is proactive, multi-talented, grows out of her insecurities and stood up to Gothel in the end but I don't really like how the movie portrays things. Nothing she ever does is really seen as bad, even disobeying her mom and trusting a wanted thief (while blackmailing him). I also don't find it as admirable when she has too many unbelievably amazing traits (again, IMO).

So I personally see Pocahontas teaching people it's okay to make mistakes, while it's kind of the other way around with Rapunzel.
