I don't think that shes the wost, but she is by far not the best.

First off: She runs away (from an evil murdering queen I might add!) and lives with a bunch of dwarfs.

Second off: She stupidly eats an apple that a strange old lady (whom she has never once met) gives her and what do you know? It kills her!

Third off: I am sorry children, but no matter how nice you are, will never have deer, squirrel, and rabbits, clean up your house.

Forth off: I am sorry but when your true love kisses you after your dead then you do NOT come back to life... I am sorry.

This is for an article I'm writing about the princesses as role models. Your help would be appreciated!
It's not that I think Snow White is a bad role model, I actually think she can be a good role model, I just don't look up to her as one.

Umm... I think that her only mistakes were going into a house without permission, allowing a stranger into a house when she was warned to not let anyone get inside and taking something that was given by a stranger. Eating the apple is included on accepting gifts from a stranger. Her problem was being too naive but she´s only 14.

@KatieK102: Well, if you know that an EVIL MURDERING QUEEN is trying to kill you, what would you do? (And I used to give her a hard time. She´s also very low on my list of favorites).

Never let strangers into your home!

Never talk, take things, go anywhere, open door for any stranger!

She's kind at heart, teaches young ones to keep your chin up when things are down, she helps clean and tidy and has a good nature if that's not a good role model what is?

She's maybe a little old fashioned but I don't think things ever change so much there wouldn't be something she can teach.

Sure she has her naivety but her optimistic nature, kindness, and cheerfulness make her a really good role model in my opinion.

I feel that emotional-strength unfortunately isn't as well respected or noticed as physical strength is. To me, emotional strength deserves as much admiration as the latter. She survived an abusive household through her optimistic attitude, much like Cinderella. Yes, she makes one or two bad decisions, but everyone does in life and this doesn't make her a bad role model IMO. She's not the best role model, but a role model all the same.

@KatieK102: Sorry, but your comment lost any credibility it may have had because of your 3rd and 4th points. Also, your first point makes no sense whatsoever - what the hell would you want her to do in that situation? I bet that if she stayed with the Queen instead of running away, you'd still have something negative to say so either way she can't win.
