Why I've grown to find Maleficent overrated

I used to give into the hype and I still like her but I've recently realized that she's not that strong 또는 effective of a villain. I've never seen the Angelina Jolie live action movie and quite honestly I don't think I ever will. This is all based on the original Sleeping Beauty.

Now, Maleficent definitely has the classic villain personality (sinister, petty, arrogant) and aesthetic. (she can turn into a dragon, and green 불, 화재 is cool) She's one of the most quotable and meme-able villains in all of Disney. In fact, I think she's the one who really perfected the look and feel of a "Disney Villain"...

An Assortment of Thoughts on Pocahontas (Film)

Pocahontas is one of those 디즈니 films that, despite being middle-of-the-road for me, I have to rewatch fairly often. Something about this movie intrigues me. Maybe it's because I want to like the movie 더 많이 than I currently do and understand why some 팬 revere it. Defense and Critique: Tiana

Though not nearly as much as Merida and other revival princesses,Tiana is occasionally bashed for contributing to Disney's current trend of "meta", "woke" commentary with her whole "hard work, 당신 can't just wish" shtick. While this does irritate me, I try to separate film makers' intentions from the actual context of the movie and the character.

Tangled: The Series, now called Rapunzel's 라푼젤 Adventure, premiered in March 2017 with the pilot movie, Tangled: Before Ever After (hopefully that sentence wasn't too confusing!). 11. Cinderella

This was one of the easiest. Despite being the first DP movie I've ever seen, it is also the only DP movie with no aspects I enjoy. I don't like the characters, 애니메이션 또는 songs. I find nothing enjoyable about this movie and I have no desire to re-watch it. I don't hate this movie but I wouldn't say I like it either. My least 가장 좋아하는 DP movie wth no doubt. Ready to meet your live-action counterparts?

Hi guys, since I had watch 3 reboots of their respective 디즈니 classics. Here are my opinions on which is better, the animated 또는 the live-action version?

Maleficent

Okay, as mentioned, this film left me disturbed for a number of reasons. The first was how they make King Stefan turn into the dark side, whereas in Sleeping Beauty. He is not like that at all! (1959 Version)
Sadly, Aurora gets less screen-time like her animated counterpart. But, she's 더 많이 bubbly like Snow White! So I would say that I admire both the animated and live-action Princess Aurora. (tied)

An Interesting Theory about the Enchantress

Hi guys, I did a 투표 earlier and a sudden realisation about the Enchantress had struck me. So, I will write an interesting theory about her!

Beauty and the Beast

We first seen her in the Prologue as an old woman, when Prince Adam spurned her. Her true nature is shown and in retaliation, she turned him into a beast and tells him that only true loves can redeem him inside, as well as the outside.

Cinderella (2015)

Upon re-watching this, I just found out that the Fairy Godmother is actually the Enchantress herself. Only this time, when she turns into her true self, she changes her appearance and that she must have been watching Ella the whole time, I suspect that she doesn't want Ella to suspect that her beloved Fairy Godmother might have cursed Prince Adam!
