Yesterday I signed up in 팬팝 and became a 팬 of this club so I wanted to start with an 기사 about me...

12: Yao from Mulan
Mulan has been losing the magical touch with me that it use to have so I don’t really enjoy any of the characters from this film. But Yao is the only character I seem to enjoy and remember being this enjoyable. He’s adorable and so sweet once 당신 break down his walls but isn’t as amazing as the other characters.

저기요 everyone! So I made one of these a couple of months ago...perhaps five I want to say, and thought that maybe I should make an updated one! So many new users have joined since then, and I thought it would be nice to have 당신 guys get to know me more, so without further ado!

So 사무용 겉옷, 전반적인 the reaction to the princess redesign has been very positive. Minus a few cons I will discus.
I want to talk 더 많이 about the subtle things the creators have put in which makes them special. So I put together this little review of the new designs
Keep in mind these are designed mostly for children's merchandise therefore yes the designs stray a bit from the original and the 색깔 may seem too bright but these are for sales purposes. So I won't be criticizing the parts put in for sale designs

Since I've been a 팬 of this club, I never had been keen on Ariel even though she has a magical movie and she's the only mermaid in the lore. However, The live version of the cartoon that came out in September, 2023 changed everything. But also, keep in mind that I changed and my opinions also have. I have to make up a new list of my fav princesses because god- ITS ALL MIXED UP AGAIN! Also, I remember arguing about Ariel's appearance with wavesurf in this club and I told him/her that she was pretty ugly, while my opinions are switched. Hey, y'all! Welcome to my first 기사 of this series! I'll be talking about each detail from both a tradionally animated film AND a live-action one. Keep in mind, while I'm happy to give my input on a majority of these films, some I'm going to have to mentally prepare for in the meantime. But let's not go further into that. Well, I have to say that this topic is very upsetting to me. I have never seen the movie 뮬란 as an insult to my nation. But it was. Although I can speak English, Russian and Spanish as well as Turkish, I am originally Azerbaijani and Turkish. And at this point I realize that Shan Yu is actually Turkish. Look. The first known Turkish State is the Asian Hun State and they are also known as "Huns" which is the nation of Shan Yu's army. My list of 가장 좋아하는 디즈니 Princesses has undergone a slight change. Moreover, this time I will start from 12, not 10.

12- Merida
The only princess I hate is Merida. Actually, she was one of my 가장 좋아하는 princesses for a while, but as I got older, I started to dislike her. And right now Merida is at the worst place on my list.
Merida fans: Crying
Those who don't like Merida: Happy
I don't like Princess Merida because she thinks illogically and ruins her life despite her mother's efforts.

Well Aurora is a much loved princess and I know 당신 adore her but I... I don't like her very much. She...

10- Princess Mulan
Just being in the bottom of my list, doesn't make her VERY ugly. How can I say she is just... Less prettiest. I 사랑 her black hair and her eyes are pretty OK for me, but her eyebrows... They are very thick especially when she becomes a boy.
Also, her eyebrows are raised a lot higher than they should be, which makes her pretty ugly.

9- Princess Merida
I just adore the color and curve of her hair. But her face and eyes are too round. Especially her eyes. OMG, her eyes are like some strange balls. Her smile isn't ugly, but her teeth are very small.

Hello 디즈니 Princess Fans!

First let me apologize for being so bit late getting the 기사 up this time, and explain what happened. Along with the business of the holiday season there was a family emergency. In mid-January my Dad came down with Covid-19 and had to be hospitalized for over a week. Fortunately he's back 집 and doing better now. But as 당신 can imagine I didn't feel much like writing, nor did I have the time while that was going on.

Anyway, before we get started let me give 당신 a brief run down of the Meet the DP 팬 articles, in case 당신 happen to new to the club and/or unfamiliar...

1. Congrats on being 팬 of the Month! How does it feel?
Thank you!! I am very honored and I feel very excited because this is the first time I'm 팬 of the Month.

2. How did 당신 find this spot and what made 당신 stay?
I'm a big 팬 of anime, I remember watching “Fushigi Yuugi” at that time. I was obsessed with Tasuki. I still like him (but I don't get obsessed anymore, LOL). Anyway, I was looking for pictures and screenshots of him. That's how I found Fanpop. My reasons for staying? Because I like to participate in activities (polls, quizzes, answers), I made good friends, I 사랑 sharing...

Okay, as promised! Here is the comparison both the 1998 animated feature as well as the 2020 live action reboot. Ready?

The Story

So we start of with the Invasion of the Huns in the animated film, as well as reporting the invasion to the Emperor. We see 뮬란 getting ready for the Matchmaker later on.
In the live action version, we see Mulan's childhood and even has a sister who is specially created for the film mainly for character developments. (tied)

We get to see Mushu in the animated version, this is due to comic relief for the entire movie. He, Cri-Kee and Little Brother...
