제비꽃, 바이올렛 couldn't stop staring at Belle and Beast. She felt like she had just woken up from a very wonderful dream.
Belle looked at her. "I'd like to know 더 많이 about you, Baudelaires."
제비꽃, 바이올렛 pulled her ribbon from her pocket and tied her hair up. She wanted her mind to be straight while she spoke. "I like to invent things. Klaus likes 읽기 books, and Sunny likes to bite, but now she is an amateur chef."
Belle laughed. "How cute! That must have helped throughout your adventures."
제비꽃, 바이올렛 and Klaus exchanged glances. How would she have known what they had gone through?
Belle looked sympathetic. "My 프렌즈 and I have done a lot of research about the three of you. We knew that 당신 were just trying to get away from Count Olaf. I read up on everything about his associates, also."
"Are 당신 adopting us?" Klaus asked awkwardly. He imagined living in a 집 with a beast.
Belle smiled. "We'll have to see first. Oh, look! We've arrived."
The Baudelaires couldn't think of a nicer couple to adopt them than Belle and Adam. Sunny looked up at the monster. She thought he'd be a very violent father.
They followed Belle and Adam into a very large castle, with 담홍색, 핑크 towers and yellow banners waving from them.
They were led into a brightly lit dining room, where there was a long dining 표, 테이블 filled with well-dressed people.
There was an abrupt hush, and the room went silent. All eyes were on the three disheveled orphans.
Adam cleared his throat. "Baudelaires, we all know how your foster parents were chosen for you, and they were all horrible. We are giving 당신 the chance to pick your own parents."
Klaus looked at his sisters. "How will we know which ones we'd want to live with?" he whispered to them.
제비꽃, 바이올렛 thought for a moment. "If it is fine with you, my siblings and I would like to stay a night at every couples' house, and then we will see who we would like to live with."
There was a murmur of agreement through the room.
"That's a very brilliant idea, Violet," said a beautiful lady with blonde hair and a 담홍색, 핑크 dress. "Phillip and I would like the honor of housing 당신 and your siblings first."
Violet's gaze turned to a handsome brown-haired man sitting 다음 to the woman. At once she said, "We'd 사랑 to!" She then blushed deeply.
The woman stood up. "My name is Aurora. Come along Baudelaires." she flashed a smile at the three children.
"Rosp!" Sunny yelped. She probably meant, "I'm very intrigued with this couple."
Before leaving, Klaus hugged Belle. "Thank 당신 so much. If it weren't for you, we'd be dusting Count Olaf's kitchen."
"Oh, it's nothing," Belle replied. She gave him a tight sqeeze, and let him go.
The Baudelaires looked at the couple before them. They hoped that their lives might take a turn for the best.
