Welcome to another Silverrose1991's favorites countdown. Today we will be reviewing Cinderella's outfits. Silverrose1991 would like to remind 당신 that all characters mentioned in this 기사 are owned 의해 디즈니 and all outfits in this countdown can be found in Walt Disney's Cinderella.

Let's get started.

6. Light blue nightgown

This outfit is cute and lady-like, but old-fashioned. I'm pretty sure Lady Tremaine just gave 신데렐라 the worst nightgown in the house to wear, so it musn't be very comfortable, either. I like the neckline with the bow and the color isn't all that bad, but dull.

Nightgowns: Great for twirling around 신데렐라 style!

5. Ripped pink-and-white dress

These. are. rags. They're not supposed to be cute, 또는 charming 또는 even feminine. So why are they ranking above the nightgown? The thing is - 신데렐라 can look good in everything. She can pull this outfit out. And I like the shoes.

4. Wedding dress

This dress is... strange. The 상단, 맨 위로 doesn't match the skirt. But even if it doesn't match the skirt, I still like the top, and the earrings and the choker and the veil. As I said before, 신데렐라 can look good in everything.

Oh, no, not again!

3. Maid outfit

"What? Those rags are ranking above her wedding dress?" C'mon, the servant oufit is not so bad. The only thing that is actually a rag in this outfit is the 앞치마 - it's a bit torn in the left side. The shoes she wear with this are cute and I like the 사무용 겉옷, 전반적인 디자인 - a plain brown dress over a aqua underdress. It could be worn as nice everyday outfit. The hairstyle 신데렐라 wear along with this is also very nice, even when she is wearing the scarf.

Tie it up, birdies!

2. Pink-and-white ballgown

Awww... This dress is so cute. And so underrated. I like the bows and the beads and the hairbow 신데렐라 wear. I bet Prince Charming would still be 참드 의해 her even if she wore this dress to the ball. I can imagine 신데렐라 wearing this to a 차 party with the other princesses. Good job, mice and birds!

Tea time, girls!

1. Silver-and-white ballgown

My, what a surprise! Really, I'm sure over twenty people died of shock today because Cinderella's iconic ballgown was placed in first. I think even I'm having palpitations.

Now, it's not a surprise this is dress is so beloved 의해 many. Three words: BEST. DISNEY. BALLGOWN. EVER! The colors, oh my, the colors! I HATE, I DESPISE the 색깔 of the merchandising! The 색깔 are what make this dress unique. One of my headcanons of 신데렐라 is that this dress is made of spun silver, with some magic fairy dust added, and has diamonds sew in it. But I 사랑 the other details too - I'm a big 팬 of the gloves, the hairband, the earrings (or are they a part of the hairband?) and the choker. I 사랑 chokers!

So, the resume my feelings: 신데렐라 looks absolutely ravishing in this gown.

Haha, suckers! I'm the best dressed of youl all!

Mongoose09 Yay I'm not the only one that likes Cinderella's pink dress! I wouldn't really like it much in real life but I think it suits her, she looks so pretty in it (well, she looks pretty always to be honest haha). I like the ripped version too. The ballgown would be my #1 too, such an elegant outfit. Nice article. :)

PrincessAyeka12 I like the ripped dresses (2. Twist in Time - ripped wedding dress) too. They suit her. I disagree about Prince Charming. I can't see him dancing with her in that dress. See the point is he wanted to marry someone who wasn't after his riches. He chose Cinderella because she looked like a princess (rich already). The ball left little space for deep conversation alone. It was all about the dresses, general looks and guess work left down to the prince. I mean maybe it's just me but the way he was yawning at those other girls, gave me the impression that an underdressed girl (in a frock not a ball gown) would come off as desperate. She would gain his sympathy but she wouldn't be able to marry him and live in the Palace. The people at the Palace seem very high society.

PrincessAyeka12 I know so was I. And I didn't mean to sound bad. I just couldn't find a better word at that moment to describe the pink dress when compared with her magical ball gown and the ball gowns worn by the other maidens at the ball. Still can't but I wouldn't use "underdressed".

Coolsinger198 and I both had the same idea ironically to write a fairy 기사 to the relations of the 요정 to the princesses. But sadly her 기사 had trouble posting, so I want to give her some credit for this since she had the same idea as me.

I watched Tinker Bell: The Pirate Fairy not too long 이전 and I absolutely loved it, especially Baby Tic Toc. Then I started noticing some similarities between the 요정 and the princesses in further notice through the film. Quite frankly some even looked like the princesses. Belle is my 가장 좋아하는 princess! Well, her and 신데렐라 are battling to the death for my #1 spot; Anyway I hope to do this with all of the princesses, Belle is the 초 princess I've wrote an 기사 on, I just recently did one about 뮬란 :D *dwarf voice* Yes, recently. 'Mary-Sue' is unnecessarily thrown around

To start Mary-Sue is thrown around not only on the 디즈니 Princess club, but almost everywhere whenever it comes down to the 디즈니 Princesses. The correct definition to Mary-Sue is a perfect female character who doesn't try to be perfect, but naturally is. Like a Renaissance Man, yet doesn't fail at least while trying.
Some have been saying Classics, 또는 Walt Disney's princesses, Belle and Rapunzel are Mary-Sues, plus more. I very much disagree.

Why Merida Needs 더 많이 사랑

As I was creating my 아이콘 for Team Merida, I realised exactly why I loved this girl. As a result, I decided to write an 기사 with 5 reasons why everybody should 사랑 Merida/Brave

1. 메리다와 마법의 숲 was the first 픽사 film that had a female protagonist.

Pixar is a hugely successful company, but it took about 8 years since they first started making films for them to make a movie where the main character was a girl. Before 메리다와 마법의 숲 was made, I was slightly annoyed at 픽사 - most of it's films didn't even pass the Bechdel test. I 사랑 메리다와 마법의 숲 because it finally featured an awesome female character.
