Probably mid to late '90s. I didn't really watch the Disney Channel when it first started, it was probably in about '95 or '96 when I got into it. I really liked some of the animated spinoff cartoons they had on in that time. The ones I always watched were Timon & Pumbaa and 101 Dalmatians: the Series!

I actually didn't have access to the Disney Channel at all in the early '00s, then got it back again in 2006, so I missed out on that era. That said, I did get into some of the shows that began during that time and were still on air, such as That's So Raven and Phil of the Future.

Basically what hatelarxene said. I REALLY don't like the "new" Disney Channel, the only show I don't hate is Gravity Falls and that only comes around in the summer.
