What is "Classic Disney?"

Ah, the 질문 that everyone who has stumbled upon this spot has surely asked themselves. It's been asked in 투표 form multiple times. There have been many discussions on the subject.

The spot 모토 defines a 디즈니 Classic as "anything before the 픽사 era", making the cutoff 1996, when Toy Story premiered.

Most of the picks/polls about the subject have Pocahontas (1995) 또는 Tarzan (1998) in the lead.

Some 팬 believe that only the films on the official list of 디즈니 Animated Classics are true classics.

Truth is, there is no definite answer, because a 디즈니 Classic means something different...

This 기사 is about my 가장 좋아하는 디즈니 cartoon show. It's about this crazy yellow, spotted, long-tail marsupial that lives in the jungle. His name is Marsupilami. He lives with his purple gorilla friend: Maurice. Marsupilami can do anything with his long-tail. And his enemy is Norman. Marsupilami can speak (and he does not only say "HOUBA!") Maurice is a silent character. He is a purple gorilla in a 담홍색, 핑크 shirt. Now, 당신 might remember this Saturday Morning series 디즈니 did that aired NBC-TV in 1992 called "Raw Toonage." Now, Raw Toonage was a variety animated show. It was hosted 의해 various 디즈니 characters. And 당신 have three shorts such as: Bonkers, Totally Tasteless Videos, and my 가장 좋아하는 one: Marsupilami. I always 사랑 this 디즈니 character. He is so awesome. And I 사랑 Steve Mackall (The voice of Marsupilami).

25. The Nightmare Before Christmas
Probably one of the most twisted 크리스마스 영화 ever invented. Seriously? When i was little, Jack scared the crap out of me. As I've gotten older i have learned to respect the genius that is the Nightmare Before Christmas, mixing 크리스마스 into 할로윈 while subtly conveying a message about stereotypes and the damage they can do, but i will forever remember cowering in fear when Christmas/Halloween rolled around. (is it weird that the boogie man never scared me? ...thought so.)

“Realistic” body image better portrayed through a fairy than a human?

Now this is just my point of view, but I find it a little bit ironic that one of the most realistically portrayed 디즈니 females comes in the shape of a pixie! When it comes to typical proportions, the average woman can 더 많이 easily identify with a winged sprite?! I mean, not everybody has a beautiful hourglass figure! Having somebody who is a little bottom-heavy is comforting.

While Tinker 벨 does have a super-skinny waist, she is the only 디즈니 female I have seen whose lower body is not exactly proportionate to her upper body.

Stuck

When I realized this, it made me feel so much better...

There are many scenes in 디즈니 영화 that makes me cry, but I don't really have a list of where they are except for these three moments, I've always founded these moments to be the saddest. Now I did forgot some famous sad moments, but these moments are quite well known so I hope 당신 won't feel too disappointed over that I forgot some moments and also this is my first 기사 here so feedback is appreciated.

It was wrong to lock in Dumbo's mother in jail just because she tried to protect him from those kids that bullied him for his big ears. This scene makes me sad...

There’s been a lot of discrepancy of late surrounding the 디즈니 princesses, namely 뮬란 and Pocahontas, whether 또는 not they should be princesses. I’m not here to 토론 whether 또는 not they should be (though I think they should be). I’m here to add a couple 더 많이 names to that list, the first one being Magara.

A lot of people say that the 디즈니 heroines are bad influences on girls for a variety of reasons: they "teach girls that beauty is most important" and "you need a man to be happy" and "females always have to be damsels in distress" and plenty 더 많이 of the like. I disagree. 디즈니 heroines can teach all of us plenty of important lessons.

Remembering Bob Hoskins (1942-2014)

This just in. The British actor who played Eddie Valiant in Disney's "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" has died. He was at age 71. Bob Hoskins was one of my 가장 좋아하는 actor in this 디즈니 film. Roger Rabbit will never be the same without you, Eddie Valiant. Other roles that Bob Hoskins played was Mario Mario in the Super Mario Bros. Movie. In 2012, He went to retirement from Parkinson's disease and died from Pneumonia on April of 2014. R.I.P. Bob Hoskins (1942-2014) 당신 will be missed :'(

Like with the saddest 디즈니 Moments it's hard to come up with a list of my 가장 좋아하는 디즈니 Characters, these 3 are the only ones I'm sure about so here we go :)

3. Tigger
I've loved him ever since I was a child, he always makes me laugh and feel better, I'm basing my rank mainly on The Many Adventures Of Winnie The Pooh since it's a classic, but I 사랑 him in the later 영화 too. I 사랑 how he doesn't want to stop bouncing around despite the fact that Rabbit wants to stop him from doing it. My 가장 좋아하는 scene is when he meets Pooh for the first time, it always makes me laugh.
