MY FAITH IS SHOOK UP AGAIN! HELP!

To answer this, I'll just quote a pick I recently made here: Science can answer a lot of "how" questions, but not many "why" questions. Think about it - maybe there's a REASON why our brains need to focus on a higher power to relieve stress. If the need exists, there must be something to fill it, something REAL. And the God-shaped hole in our hearts is no exception.

Why do we feel emotion? If the answer is "chemicals in your brain", then why do the chemicals act that way? Why does our brain react the way it does? Why do we ask questions? Why do we yearn to explore and discover? Why do we imagine and create, and why do we find joy in those things? Chemicals and mere animal instincts sure can't accomplish all that stuff 의해 themselves. There has to be a greater answer, a greater purpose to it all. And THAT'S where God comes in.

Science certainly has its place, and I believe we should never write it off just to feel 더 많이 comfortable about our faith. But once 당신 realize that science is just another way for God to reveal Himself to us, you'll see that there's no reason to fear it 또는 to let it shake your belief in God. It's okay if you're really having serious doubts; I think we ALL go through that at some point. But don't let those doubts cripple you, and don't be afraid to test your faith. One of the great things about 기독교 is that it's a very sound faith. It can handle pretty much anything 당신 throw at it. ;-)

If nothing else, remember this: science can only take 당신 so far, all 의해 itself. But when 당신 add God to the equation, everything adds up. ^__^ I hope my answer helps. DON'T PANIC! IT'S OKAY! xD

Just relax and think about it a min. How did we get here then...Who created everything...God is real and he believes in 당신 even if 당신 don't in him..The devil is messing with your mind. He specializes in that. He wants 당신 to be confused and doubt God. Whether 당신 believe in the devil 또는 not if he can get 당신 to not believe in God then your his when 당신 die cause heaven 또는 hell is the only place 당신 will go. when 당신 read crap like that just laugh cause it is really funny. People come up with stupid stuff.

Stay strong that's wat people think it's not true God is very much real he works on ur life that's the evil little devil trying to get in ur head if u need 더 많이 help go listen to klove (radio station) the 음악 has helped me stay strong in my faith

God created our brains. 당신 shouldnt believe what people say right away. look at the Bible, there are lots of stuff there that really did happen and will happen. what do those scientists have to say about that?if they ask "have 당신 even seen, tasted, 빙어, 빙 어 God" 당신 say, "oh yeah, have 당신 did any of those stuff to your brain?". dig deep and 당신 will have faith in God 더 많이 than 당신 do in that science magazine 기사 which was written 의해 a person who abused the free will and knowledge God has granted us.

I agree with dearheart. Another thing I look at is if there was no God, the world would be in 더 많이 chaos. How would we know right from wrong? How would we know what moral meant? How about love? Hope?
