-Ingredients :1 large 초콜릿 pound loaf * black 체리 잼 * 60ml Kirsch+ 60ml 브랜디 * 700g drained black cherries
-Chocolate Custard:90g Dark chocolate,minimum 70% 코코아 solids, chopped * 250ml 우유 * 250ml heavy cream *6 egg yolks *85g sugar *25g 코코아
