“How’s your case going?” Dr. Foster of the Lightman Group asked, sitting in the chair opposite of Cal. She put her legs up on his desk. Cal Lightman, who was sitting at his desk, looked at the beautiful woman in front in him and smiled. He thought about how Foster was always there for him, and how he cared for her. Cal’s face glowed as he continued to smile dumbly like a schoolboy in love.
    Foster continued to talk about her case until she noticed Cal smiling at her; she smiled back. They gazed deeply at each other for a few seconds, letting their minds wander about what would happen if they were a couple, and both were ecstatic. Cal leaned forward, and Foster did the same. Their faces edged closer and closer until they were inches apart. They were just about to 키스 when Ria Torres and Eli Loker walked into Cal’s office.
    Cal and Foster pulled apart like a snapped rubber band, both with sad expressions on their faces.
    “What is it?” Cal dejectedly asked, desolate at being pulled away from Gillian Foster, the woman he had strong affections for and possibly even loved.
    “We have evidence for the McCallister case,” Eli replied, holding up the folder. Cal nodded and followed Eli and Ria out of the room. Dr. Foster watched him leave, her face set in a grim line. She thought about how Cal was always there for her, and how his golden hair complemented his loving and sophisticated face.
    Foster smiled and was about to leave the room when Cal came back into the room. He put his hand on her arm and quietly murmured in his elegant British accent,
    “Didn’t think I’d come back, did you?” Foster smiled at him and they kissed each other. She ran a hand through his hair and Cal put his arms around her back. He pulled her closer to him and they joyously kissed each other.
    Eli Loker poked his head back in the room. Foster and Cal were still 키싱 zealously, and they didn’t stop for Eli. “Dr. Lightman?” Eli asked, shaking the folder. Cal waved him off. Eli shook the folder again. They pulled apart from each other, a twinkle in their eyes.
    “What about the McCallister case?” Cal asked, taking the folder from Eli and walking out of the room. Both of them walked out of the room, and Foster watched them go with a heavy heart. She grabbed her 코트 and was putting it on when Cal poked his head back in the room and smiled at her.
