Mortal Instruments. It includes magic, which is like Harry Potter, romance (lots of that), which is like Twilight, and action (lots of that, too), which is like Hunger Games. Oh, and vampires. OK. Let me say one thing. One doesn't simply LET GO of Harry Potter

witch & wizard 의해 James Patterson. That is the first one, the 초 is coming out soon. It is an amazing book! I LOVED it. Some parts were a little goofy but the rest of it was really good. I know 당신 said you've already read Harry Potter. It is nothing like it at all. No academy 또는 nothing like that. If 당신 look on goodreads it doesn't sound that good but it is if 당신 actually read it. My aunt and grandma read it too and they loved it.

Also another one is Fallen 의해 Lauren Kate. At first I thought it was going to be stupid because my friend was telling me about it and she was like "Oh it's about this Fallen 앤젤 and a girl who got sent to reform school for no reason blah blah blah..." But I went on this website:link

In my opinion, if 당신 have read and enjoyed those other authors, then 당신 would do yourself a terrible diservice if 당신 did not read: J.R.R. Tolkien. (Possibly begin with The Lord of The Rings).

I did the opposite, and began with Tolkien and took off from there, so I owe a good deal of thanks for my 사랑 of 읽기 and high marks at university. I also took a Tolkien scholar course from someone published on Tolkien -who also happens to look like Gandalf with a doctorate/professorship in the same categories as Tolkien had, and I made the highest mark possible- that is how much I loved it. ;)

Have 당신 tried the House of Night series?? they are pretty good too, they are about Vamps but it is different from Twilight. - P.C. and Kristin Case

당신 should also try Wicca 의해 Cate Tirenan, they're pretty good too, and there 15 of them but they r pretty small like 200 pages each!!!!

The Sight and its sequel Fell 의해 David Clement Davies. It's about 늑대 and are one of the best 책 I've read.

Well lets see: Harry Potter I 사랑 with all my heart, Twilight I despise, and I haven't actually read Hunger Games (I TRIED)
So I would say my 초 가장 좋아하는 series, Septimus Heap.

The "Celestra" series(I 사랑 this series it awesome it's about the people with gifts and this boy and girl have the same mind 읽기 gifts and they fall in 사랑 and creatures chase them cuz ur not supposed to b in 사랑 with a person that has the same gift as u so the boy says that the girl should pretend to b dating someone else so the creatures will think that they've moved on from each other so she starts pretend dating the boys cousin that likes her and he has a gift of seeing the future and he said that they were gonna get married some 일 but the girl don't know if he's just sayin that cuz he likes her 또는 if he really saw it in the future and 의해 complete accident the girl fall in 사랑 with the boy she's pretend dating but still loves the first boy and she don't know wat to do its a really awesome series I think anyone would 사랑 it)

The Dream Realms series(this is kind of just like twilight)

The Fallen 별, 스타 series(a 별, 스타 falls out of the sky and gives a boy and girl special gifts and the feel connected cuz they both have the star's energy in them it's really good)

In Dreams(very very very good it's about a girl thats about to start college that has dreams about this guy and she thinks it's her dream guy and thinks she's gonna meet him the first 일 but she meets another guy and falls in 사랑 with him instead but she can't completely fall in 사랑 with him cuz she's still attatched to the guy in her dreams and has to figure out what to do its not really paranormal romance it's just plain romance)

Maximum Ride(kids that are part bird part human that are chased all the time 의해 scientist that are trying to use them to help take over the world it's kinda funny in some parts and it's not really a paranormal romance book but it does have some romance in the books)

PERCY JACKSON!

This isn't a series but it's an AMAZING book. It's one of those life-changing books. It's about bullying basically. I had to read it for a criminology class i took in university. Even though technically it was a text, I refused to sell it with the others when I was done.

I've just read a book called Ziosphere 의해 Katie Chater, its on the Kindle site, I really loved it, it totally had me hooked!

i loved those 책 even too, and my advise is Percy Jackson and the 히어로즈 of Olympus, both series from rick riordan, them both are so great!

The Divergent series was fantastic; I liked it even 더 많이 than the Hunger Games series. The fourth Divergent book is due out in Fall of 2013. Another great series is the Dustlands duo of books, Blood Red Road and Rebel Heart, which are 2 of a series of three 의해 Moira Young, the third yet to be released.

Have 당신 tried the Alex Rider series? It's really good. I read every book in like three months (there are nine of them :D) and even read a couple of them twice. :D

It seems like mostly you're sticking to the 'popular books', 당신 know, the ones everyone else is reading. Not that there's anything wrong with that--I liked the Hunger Games too--but it's good to have some variety.
I think 당신 should try 읽기 Fellowship of the Ring myself. If 당신 like it, 당신 could read the rest of the series, and if 당신 don't, at least you've read it, right? :)

I suggest that 당신 read the Divergent series 의해 Veronica Roth, 또는 The Fallen World series 의해 Megan Crewe. Both are absolutely amazing and on my 상단, 맨 위로 5 가장 좋아하는 series. The 책 in Divergent are called Divergent, Insurgent, and Allegiant, the latter released very recently. The Fallen World series is also a trilogy, the 책 being The Way We Fall, The Lives We Lost, and I think the last is called The Worlds We Make, and that one hasn't been released yet. Have fun reading!
