Waterstones query...

Sorry, I couldn't think of anywhere better to post this.

OK. I ordered a book in the store and they gave me the receipt to prove that I was the one who purchased the book. 당신 are supposed to hand that to them when your book arrives, but I've 로스트 mine, so can I still claim my book?

I tried to find an answer on the Waterstones sight, but nothing came up. Please help!!
