How can I get one of this medails (colore: green, yellow, red and orange). Must I visit the Club many times 또는 what I do in the Club. Thanks when somebody can answer me this 질문 in a short time.

Therefore the better it is the 더 많이 likely someone will 'like' it. After a certain number of 'likes' 당신 will get a green medal, then a yellow, then a red and finally orange. This can take a very long time. I believe 당신 need around about 1600 'likes' to get red and I have no idea about orange. I try to help out 의해 'liking' everything I view but I don't know about others.
