Ok so first of all Toshiro is a shinigamii so he isn't a human. That's why he has to wear a gigai; an artificial body that helps him interact and behave as a human. In the human world he is mostly considered as a 12 년 old. But in soul society he is about up to 50 years old. The reason I know this is because if Hitsuguya was really "100 years old" 또는 older he would of been at least one of the captains when shirako and the other vizards were captains. 또는 he could of at least been one of the soldiers.

No, actually he wouldn't have known Hirako and the other Vizards if he was 100 since they were banished 100 years before the story start. He also didn't 가입하기 the Gotei 13 until after Momo, Renji and Izuru had already started the academy and met CAPTAIN Aizen. As well, during the hollowfication Kensei meets a young Shuhei Hisagi who looks a little younger than Toshiro currently is. Based on that evidence, I believe that he is between 100-110 but I wouldn't go higher than that. A little lower, perhaps but 50 makes no sense.
It's hard to tell how old Toshiro is, but judging 의해 his appearance, I'd say he's probably 15-16 in human years. Soul Reaper years, however, is different. 당신 never do find out how 또는 when Toshiro died, but he lived in the Rukon district for a long time before becoming a soul reaper. So in soul reaper years, I'd say he's probably about 150-160 years old.
