Well the question isn't really clear to me but if u were asking if it was an Anime or Manga it's both, Bleach comes on Cartoon network u have cable or what ever or u can find it as anime or manga on AnimeFreak/Tv or Anime Revolution and the voice actors can be found on Anime New Network.org ^^ hope that helped
Every 아니메 normally starts of as a 망가 first! Bleach is a 망가 that is still going on and the 아니메 is a few chapters (episodes) behind the manga.

...not nessiarily (spelt that wrong) Wolf's Rain started as an 아니메 but then became a two volume manga...I suppose it could go either way, like a book turning into a movie 또는 vice versa.
Yeah, that happens in a few other situations as well. Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagaan is the same way, so is Code Geass. However, most 아니메 do start out as mnga.
