Technically, the first Hollow Ichigo ever as was the Grand Fisher when he was nine (although he could only distinguish the lure, in the form of a girl). The 초 Hollow he saw (manga) was a large Fish-faced Hollow called Fishbone D. Although in the 아니메 he sees centiped-like one with Fishbone D afterwards.
