Although he is fiercely competitive in comparison to the majority of the other characters, he is the most amenable member of his own family. Though he seems rough around the edges he actually cares a lot about his 프렌즈 and being a beautician. Narumi is extremely 인기 with girls, but he does not appear interested partly due to a fear of girls. Since Narumi was young, girls treated him like a toy and suffocated him with too much attention. He loves to win and has a lot of prizes but he 로스트 one in fourth grade to a girl who was also his first crush( It is possible that Kiri was that girl before she was mentally scared 의해 her mothers accident). According to his sister Chisami, Narumi breaks out in hives when he touches women, even Kiri. But as his feelings for Kiri grows, he is able to touch Kiri without any detrimental effects. Narumi eventually develops feelings for Kiri, having romantic dreams about her and even accidentally 키싱 her at the end of volume 8. He even stays with Kiri to watch over the house while her dad was in L.A.in volume 9. Narumi usually calls Kiri, "Mussy Head". This started off as an insult but grew into a kind of cute nickname.
