Set up like the last two, here's an 기사 about five songs I think relate to Azula and why. Songs aren't in any particular order.

1. Dysfunctional Family 의해 Cinema Bizarre: I'm a threat to myself I'm a get Armageddon I'm a freak I'm a liar I'm a flirt I deny that I'm no good then I mess It up This song basically reminds me of post-comet Azula. After a certain point she did become a threat to herself; I mean she'd do things like jumping off of Appa from a large height that very well could have killed her if Aang didn't intercept. And the liar thing is pretty self-evident. I mean it was quoted in the show that "Azula always lies". I don't think she always lies per-say but she's done it a fair amount of times for this to hold true. I get 더 많이 and 더 많이 strange I'm going insane I'm building it up just to break it down 당신 get what 당신 see the product of a dysfunctional family. This set of lyrics definitely reminds me the most of Azula. Her descent into madness was very clearly a rather gradual process--that is to say as the episodes wore on she in essence got "more and 더 많이 strange." The going insane part speaks for itself. And of course a good lot of it has to do with the fact that Azula is from such a torn apart family. I'm my own worst rival train wreck, white trash, freak, maniac, I'm psycho I'm a trouble making rebel made a deal with the devil I'm way past ever coming back/

2. Obey Me 의해 Rabia Sorda. This one is going to be a bit different and rather shorter because I actually cannot seem to find the lyrics to this song anywhere so I'll be listing some to the best of my ability. To summarize the song as a whole; it's a political song. It's about a person who was put in power--presumably lying about what he/she was going to accomplish 또는 simply 의해 people who didn't pay attention to who was being put in power. After this person was given power he/she started demanding obedience. One of the first lyrics I can pick out is I am the monster 당신 feed. Of course any 아바타 팬 has probably noticed that Azula believes that her mother thinks she's a monster. And various other characters seem to think of her in that way as well. And yet many of the people around her still seem to give her power hence the "I'm the monster 당신 feed". The song then speaks of a bunch of evil deeds and goes into the chorus, believe me I'll save 당신 just obey me. In essence this reminds me of Azula's ability to manipulate. She gets people to think that she's on their side/they want what she wants. And from there she just wants power and obedience. She wants control. Those are the lyrics I could really pick up with 100% certainty. But it's still enough to remind me of Azula.

3. Rx 의해 MXMS. First and foremost, I adore this song so much. It's just so beautiful. And of all the songs I think this one reminds me most of Azula. I don't sleep, and I won't get me down low, keep me down low
get me down low, keep me down low a demon sigh, she opens wide.
The first line reminds me of Azula's paranoia and how she was having sleeping trouble in the comet hence "I don't sleep an I won't." Furthermore she seems to be at a point in her life where she is down low and people seem intent on keeping her that way. The a demon sigh part kind of just loosely reminds me of when Azula just started breathing 불, 화재 at the end of Sozin's Comet. I show teeth, my 인형 won't play with me get me down low, keep me down low get me down low, keep me down low a girl in a cage, if I miss a pill, she says--kill, kill. I've always interpreted the "dolls" part as a metaphor for loneliness. The 인형 would be friends/real people. That is to say real people won't talk to her. This reminds me of how Mai and Tylee betrayed Azula and how she really had no one 의해 the end of the show. As for the "girl in a cage" bit; it reminds me of Azula in two ways. The first way is in that she is kind of caged within Ozai's expectations. The 초 way is after she got put in the asylum that would very clearly be a cage. Following that line of thought the part about missing a pill makes me think of a modern 일 AU. The final lyric that reminds me of Azula in this song is; Keep me down low, doctor said so there's things in the past that I never let go but I'm just a girl and I wanna go home
(Go home).
Of all the things in the song, I think that this is the part that reminds me the most of Azula. For instance the thing in the past she can't let go of is that she thinks her mom sees her as a monster. 또는 those things her father taught her to be. But at the end of the 일 she's only 14 years old, she probably just wants to go home/regain a sense of safety and stability.

4. Gasoline 의해 도자기 And The Tramps. On a less sad, 더 많이 badass note, I totally see this song describing Azula. Don't get in my face don't invade my 우주 I'll put 당신 in your place I'll only tell 당신 once
I'll never tell 당신 twice and this is me being nice.
Right off the bat this song is fiery and explosive like Azula. She's definitely the head 암캐, 암 캐 in charge lol. No one gets in Azula's face 또는 invades her space. I mean look what happened when Sokka tried that during the 일 of black sun. Her giving a person one warning is her being nice. Most of the time she just throws fire. 'Cause I'm highly flammable a caged up animal I will go off on 당신 당신 better take it back I'm about to snap I will go off on you. Naturally any mention of flames, fire, and flammability reminds me of the princess. And where's the lie, Azula is 더 많이 than highly flammable. She's that person whose buttons 당신 don't want to push because if 당신 do you're gonna get burned. When it's your turn you'll get your lesson learned you'll be blister burnt feed my adrenaline it's going to do 당신 in I'm seeing red again. This verse reminds me of her fighting as well. Like how many people has she taken down? A lot of people LOL and when she gets going, for the most part she's unstoppable. The last lyrics before the chorus repeats itself is; You 십자가, 크로스 me once and you'll see it's like a match in gasoline, gasoline. These lines, again, remind me of how badass and dangerous she is. Like no one wants to 십자가, 크로스 Azula even once.

5. Crazy 의해 Gnarls Barkley. I suppose this one is sort of a given. I remember when, I remember, I remember when I 로스트 my mind there was something so pleasant about that place even your emotions had an echo in so much space. This is the opening verse. This definitely just reminds me of that initial snap during the comet. How up until the end she seemed almost happy, granted she wasn't. And when you're out there without care, yeah, I was out of touch but it wasn't because I didn't know enough I just knew too much. Of all the verses in the song, this is the one that reminds me of Azula the most. I think most of her break came from the very fact that she knew and had seen 더 많이 than a girl her age should have. All of the political pressure that was put on her caused her to snap. She didn't go crazy for lack of knowledge, but because of it. One can also interpret this as a 더 많이 paranoid frame of thought--the knowing too much was Azula thinking that she knew someone was out to kill her. Does that make me Crazy? Probably. And I hope that 당신 are having the time of your life but think twice, that's my only advice. The above would be a part of the chorus. I'm rather certain that after a while Azula probably started to wonder if she was crazy. And at some point likely concluded that the answer is yes. I base this assumption on a few lines in one of the 아바타 책 I read a while back. And for that the chorus reminds me of her. Following the chorus is the part about thinking twice; this part also reminds me of that kind of psudo-happy state she was in while battling Zuko. Hence "I hope you're having the time of your life but think twice." Who do you, who do you, who do you, who do 당신 think 당신 are, ha ha ha bless your soul 당신 really think you're in control. Much like the other line this one reminds me of Azula in that she's so used to having control that for a while she probably thought she still had it. But the that was far from the truth. The 다음 verse reminds me of her the 초 most; My 히어로즈 had the 심장 to lose their lives out on a limb and all I remember is thinking, I want to be like them ever since I was little, ever since I was little it looked like fun and it's no coincidence I've come and I can die when I'm done. So who were her heroes? People like Ozai and Sozin. Ozai in particular had a pretty wild defeat; in a way he 로스트 his life. Of course that's a metaphor--what's dead is his ability to bend and all of his work. And ever since Azula was a child she looked up to them--it looked like fun to be like them. And so she did become like them. And because of that it's no coincidence that she 로스트 it.

Not exactly how it happened in the story.
Not exactly how it happened in the story.
(The scean Zuko's room at the palace 7 years after Sozin's comit) A knoock at the door, Zuko 답변 the door, Katara is at the door. Zuko, can I talk to you? She asked. Sure what's up,Zuko said, letting her in. It's about me and Aang she said sitting on the couch. Umm, O.K. Zuko said. We had another fight Katara said. And, and... she started to cry. Zuko pulled her close and hugged her. Oh, Zuko Katara said, Aang has been such a jerk lately and he's called me everything in the book. Shhhhh Zuko said it's O.K. now matter what Aang says I'll always 사랑 당신 then he kissed her on the forhead....

I actually feel like ‘Canadian’ Azula would make a lot of sense and would be hella cute. For those of 당신 who aren’t caught up with that; Aaron Ehasz made his redemption arc tweet (see the 이미지 below) and said that he was thinking of redeemed Azula being overly apologetic and overshare a lot. He joked that it’d be a Canadian version of Azula.

At first I was kind of iffy about this but after really thinking about it; I feel like it would make sense. Azula is a person who has bottled things up, kept a wicked pokerface, built up so many walls, and...

This 기사 may contain some spoilers, particularly for those who haven't read Smoke and Shadow yet.

In The 검색 one common thing that kept getting bought up was Ursa telling Azula to "take off that mask, only then will 당신 see your true destiny." Recently another layer was added with the semi-recent announcement of the Kemurikage becoming the 불, 화재 Warriors--the 불, 화재 Nation equivalent of the Kyoshi Warriors. And naturally Azula is their leader.

This just got me thinking about Azula's fate in general. Personally, I think that this role (as a 불, 화재 Warrior) 슈츠 her way 더 많이 than being the...

Azula’s state was 더 많이 than fragile. He was only doing what he thought was best at the time. She was still chained to the iron gate when they arrived to take her away. This was her third major break since the comet—fourth if one included the one on the 일 of the comet. Zuko forced himself to watch; she was still putting up a fight—a good one at that. Screaming fire, jerking violently, attempting to bite them if they got close enough.

She looked like an animal…an animal that had found the body of a human and took it over. She was nothing like the calm and collected Azula he knew.

Eventually...

As I was typing another one of my really long comments, I decided I would make it into an article. This one is a sort of analysis of Azula's relationships with her family and 프렌즈 as well as why I think she isn't very good with her social skills.

To start, Azula's mom didn't seem to like her. Though I'm sure Ursa did, Azula just didn't think so. And that's what matters. As a parent, 당신 need to make sure your child knows 당신 사랑 her/him. Ursa neglected Azula because she thought Ozai's respect for her was enough. And because she thought Zuko needed her 사랑 more. Which was not true, Azula...
