I can't believe Felicity would do that to Oliver and Oliver should have break it up and punched 레이 in the face and then Oliver should have 키스 Felicity and told her he loves her .

I think in Episode 3x09 i think it's the climb that Oliver will realize he can be the 애로우 and Oliver 퀸 and be with Felicity and say something like i can some how be Oliver and 애로우 but will need time and help to be himself.
And hopeful that Oliver and Felicity will have a big EPIC 키스 in the 20 또는 21 Episode and then on the 22 episode have HOT EPIC OLICITY SEX SCENE.
And start becoming a couple in the season finale and carry on into season 4 to 5
