Buy the Lifetime award "Fertility treatment" for your sims. It costs about 10,000 lifetime points. Buy it for both parents to make sure they'll give birth to triplets. Also, if 당신 don't have enough points, 당신 can make your pregnant sim watch the Kids channel 또는 listen to the kids 음악 station on the radio. I did that and my sim had twins:) over a year ago
