Actually they can't. Gonzo doesn't own Fanpop, therefore they can't control nor do they have any say in what is said unless it has to do with something illegal. Ofcourse they can try to get 팬팝 to lock the thread 또는 if try taking it to court but that would be a long process which isn't worth doing seeing as how much it would cost. Also I'm not sure who created 팬팝 but the internet is a commonplace where freedom of speech is allowed therefore nothing illegal is happening. over a year ago

It is illegal to lie about a company, rumors are lies, they have done it before they can do it again. They just have to contact FanPop and and threaten to sue, FanPop wont want to go into the legal action so they will just shut it down. This is occurring quite often in 일본 with rumors spreading there I see no reason they wouldn't do the same here. over a year ago
