Powers: She has no qualified 수퍼내츄럴 power. But she is an expert hacker, very good with various weapons-espiecally knives and swords and guns, and she is very good at judo and tai-quando. She also has a very strong vivid photographic memory and can intemperate sounds really well.

Chapter Twenty-


It had been a week since 호랑 가시 나무, 홀리 had been detained, and still nothing had happened. No Shadows, no threats. Sam was beginning to think 호랑 가시 나무, 홀리 was wrong.

Until the meeting on the tower.

Chapter 19-

Revenge stumbled away. The woman looked at the needle in her hand. The blood within was mixed with a strange brown mixture. Revenge gripped his arm and glared at the woman.

"A simple test will tell me who is beneath the mask, Red Revenge. And your secret will belong to me."

"Not likely." Revenge growled.

"Oh, but that's not all it does." she continued. "It poisons the blood stream. Corrupts the DNA within cells and eventually kills them."

"Nerve gas."

"In a liquid form, yes Red Revenge."

Artemis crashed through the roof, firing four arrows. One at the vial in the woman's hand, which shattered....

Chapter Nine-


After the close call in the airport involving the death of the pilot of the jet, two bodyguards, and another shot through Barbara's arm, 배트맨 had stepped up security. Artemis was in the cockpit of the plane Samuel Grant was flying.

She crossed her arms over her chest, self-conscious of how she looked slouched down 다음 to the male pilot.

Everything was peaceful until the Ural Mountains. The plane shook. Artemis ignored it, figuring it was turbulence. That and she didn't want to open her eyes. She hated flying if she wasn't the pilot. The plane shook again and she opened one eye,...

Chapter Fourteen:



Revenge grabs the gun and pulls the president over his head, throwing him onto the balcony. The soldiers below snap up their 총 and fire. I don't know how we escape. Their marks are dead on. I take a bullet to the arm and clutch at it, but Revenge pulls me out before anyone can get their bearings.

We run down a maze of halls, me leaving a trail anyone could follow, my red blood dripping to the floor.

Five soldiers appear in front of us, snap up their guns, and fire. Revenge grabs my hand and throws me to the ground. I slide under them and place explosives as if we planned it....

Chapter Eleven-


Soldiers stood on the runway, their 총 loaded and ready to 불, 화재 at a moments notice. Their red uniforms glistened in the morning sun.

At the terminal of the airport stood the same soldiers, same status: 총 loaded and ready to fire.

The soldiers spotted a glittering object on the horizon; the object of their worry, suspicion, and hatred was fast closing on their position.

"Are 당신 ready? What do 당신 mean the camera's not on? Well turn it on!"

The woman's voice merely irritated the soldier, but international press was allowed at the airport and there was nothing they could do about...

Central Park was not a very nice place to be wandering around in the middle of the night. Even if 당신 were a masked crime-fighter with extreme abilities 또는 super-powers.

It was almost a garantee of death if 당신 were just a normal person. Lots of different kinds of slime existed in the park. Drug dealers, rapists, psychopathical murderers. And of course the common crooks who take every advantage they can.

Such as taking a hostage to ensure they go to jail for a really long time instead of the short sentence for robbing a bank.

Prologue-

New York City
August 14, 23:56 EST

The city was quieter than usual. Yes, it was night, but even then half the city was awake. The silence of an alleyway was disturbed 의해 the sound of a girl running from a dark figure.

The girl was dressed entirely in black. Her boots, jeans, gloves, jacket, and her mask were as black as her pursuer's. She could've slipped into the night quite easily were it not for her long blonde ponytail that waved behind her as she ran.

Her pursuer was the masked vigilante Red Revenge. While his costume did not represent his name, his actions did....

As Epsilon looked for our 다음 target I thought about how I ended up here. I think it started after my mother died. She died when I was 5. I don’t remember a lot about her only the smell of the old 책 she was always fixing. After her death my father started drinking. Because of his drinking problem, he couldn’t hold down a steady job, so I decided to help out. I had taken some fencing classes before my mother died and I had always had a way with computers so becoming a thief seamed like the best way to make money. Becca dodged another one of Aero's attacks, her leg sweeping behind him. Aero jumped when she tried to knock him on his feet, landing on her leg. Becca held back her scream and moved. “Come on! We have to go to the cave!” Robin yelled at his sister who was running around frantically.

Fin’s eyes were wide beneath her sunglasses, and her hair suddenly lit on fire. Nathan pulled away from her and his powers were working as well. He smiled at her.

But inside she was bubbling with excitement. He had... kissed her. He'd kissed her! Not the way she'd expected, but it happened.
She reached her hands towards the 벽 of ice. It began to quickly melt even before she touched it, but still at a somewhat slower rate. "Nathan, can you-"
