"Recognized Nudge B-012" The voice of the computer filled the room as Nudge stormed over towards her brother. Fang got up and turned towards his sister as she shoved him.
"Guess who I saw today?"
"Jee, I dunno." Fang shrugged
"I met May, the clone of 'our older sister!' How could not tell me We had an older sister!" Nudge shoved Fang again.
"I had no idea!"
"Yes 당신 did Fang! 당신 knew we did!"
"You were 9 Nudge, I was 10, May was 14. She was riding with some of her friend Sarah when a drunk ran a red light and hit them. It killed her instantly and Sarah's parents died, leaving Sarah alone." Fang sat back down. "May lived with our parents. No, she wasn't a mutant like us."
"Why? I thought they gave up all their children?" Nudge sat down beside him.
"No, the school lied to us Nudge. We weren't given up for adoption. We were donated to science as embryos, we're 98% human 2% avian. I was born with wings, so was the rest of the flock, 당신 were supposed to. But when 당신 were born something went wrong, and 당신 didn't have wings. The whitecoats kept thinking 'Oh, they'll eventually appear." But they never did, and before we escaped that's what they were gonna do. See if they could fix your wings, then they got 당신 back, and done what they needed to do."
"Why did they donate us? Why would someone do that?"
"They're greedy, and wanted the money. They got payed for it. If 당신 were wondering Nudge, we're test tube babies, but we all have parents. The whole flock does. Some of their parents wanted it for the money, some are scientist, others had no clue what was going on."
