10 Comic Book Movie Scenes That Totally Dominated Their Films
This may be stating the obvious, but comic book movies are big business. Arguably the most popular genre in Hollywood, each year delivers countless page-to-screen adaptations of huge budgets and varying degrees of quality. The trend shows no signs of slowing down either as Captain America: The Winter Solider, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and X-Men: Days of Future Past are currently the three biggest movies of the year so far, with a combined box office haul of over $2bn and counting.
The genre has spawned countless iconic moments, from believing a man can fly in 1978′s Superman to the ultimate superhero team-up of The Avengers. This article will take a slightly different approach and take a look at ten scenes from comic book movies that dominated their films. The quality of the movies in question ranges from the painfully mediocre to the brilliantly entertaining, but the common denominator is that these were by far the most memorable scenes.
Do you agree with these choices? Are there any other dominating comic book movie scenes that you would have included? As always, sign off in the comments below.

I don\'t social network, so like or follow me in person but please maintain a safe distance. With a degree in Film and Television Studies and a diploma in TV Production, it was the obvious choice for me to become a chef. I do this for fun when I\'m not trapped in the kitchen, and write articles that I\'d probably read.
Good article, but whats with the beef for “X-Men Origins: Wolverine”? The only complaints ive heard was from comic fanboys moaning about a few characters being portrayed wrong. Dont read the comics myself, so dont have a clue what they’re talking about, but I thought Origins was a half-decent flick, MUCH better than 75% of other superhero films.
