First- Any poll where there is LESS than 10% difference between the top 2 couples, there will be a 2nd round for them so that nobody can pull any bullshit about "Oh that's not fair, it's too close." [These 2nd rounds will only last 2-3 days]

Second- After that, all the winning couples will be announced and everyone can start making banners. Banner submissions will last for at least 2-3 weeks to give everyone an adequate amount of time to make their banners.

Third- Then, once we have finished with submitting banners, we will have voting. I'm thinking it should last about a week. And same thing we did last time & are doing for close calls with the couples - If there is only a small percentage difference between banners, we will have a 2nd round of voting on them.


I hope we can do all of this with no more drama! Once all this is over, I'd love to have a forum where we can all discuss {maturely} how to do things the next time and from then on =]
