I don't think he was so close to death that it would require an angel ambulance. I think Sam was just freaked by how damaged he was and pissed at Cas for putting Dean in that situation.

Sam wasnt there. so how could he have gotten him there. Cas either drove him or flew him.

well all due respect but i do like the question but the fact is it is not important to the show and i do not really sit there wondering how dean got to the hospital wen ther is more important things happening on the show so its not really that important so i dont really care how he got there and that is why i put that pick in.... here's a question 4 ya when anna showed up to castiel the first time in this episode he goes u shouldnt be here anna we still have orders to kill u, wen the whole episode pretty much revolves around them trying to work out whos killing angels and how lol so do u know y no1's put that question up so coz its not important to the show......

I sort of see your point of view, but this episode in particular has been debated like crazy, tons of picks, and I think most of the major stuff has been covered. So no, how Dean got to the hospital is not a serious issue, but if you look at the question another way, it's basically asking, Was Sam there for Dean, or not?, which is a huge issue among the fans right now.

Personally, I would have held off on adding that remark, but I appreciate your explaining why you did so. :)

yeh i understand wat u mean and i maybe shouldnt hav put that remark there, but even when i make picks i put in a who cares pick most the time coz sum ppl jst dont care bout sertain things lol but all gud it's different point of views so yeh :D

Now I'm wondering why they took him to a hospital instead of Cas healing him with angelic powers though.
