I think that Dean is 100% straight, but I can see where you are coming from. Dean has lacked a mother figure for most of his life, and he grew up around an authoritative father and protecting his younger brother. He is very close to both males in his life, so when Cas comes around, Dean eventually grows to be as close with him as well. This is more his ability to form very close, brother-like friendships, although i won't deny that the chemistry is amazing.

Based solely on his reaction to Aaron flirting with him, there is a chance that he might be bisexual but there is also a chance that he was just flattered by Aaron's (false) interest in him. Either way, the keyword in this question is the word might, and it is always possible that he is bisexual but slightly more interested in women.
My headcanon is that he's sexually attracted to girls but romantically attracted to guys, and I think the show has taken great leaps to bring "Dean is bi" closer to the truth. It's not at all out of the question.
Also, from a writing standpoint, WHY would they make such a big deal about Dean getting hit on by a guy and his reaction? This is TV. Almost everything happens for a reason since there's only so much you can fit into 40 minutes. They could easily have written another way for Aaron to trail Dean, and out of all others, they chose to have Aaron flirt with Dean, and Dean to react flustered and distracted, and later quite noticeably put out at finding out that "WE" didn't have a connection. And he brought it up not once but twice to Sam, and tried to overcompensate in telling Sam that he talked to "two very hot" girls.
I think either he's bi or it's one of those situations where a person is only into one gender but makes a preference for someone special...like in Torchwood Ianto says he isn't gay and that it's just Jack...only Jack. That kind of thing happens in real life and I think that is Dean's relationship with Cas. I 100% believe that Dean is in love with Cas.
I think the writers dropped WAY too many hints in season 8 that Dean might be bi, especially in the last episode with the bar scene and the arrow and the cupid and the gay men and the Destiel parallel. It was all just too much.
