He's likely still back in the original divine cage with Adam. Team Free Will summoned Lucifer into a secondary cage built in Limbo in order to have their chat. If 당신 watch the episode again, you'll see that the first shot of Lucifer has him in a cage with very different walls. Also, Crowley explains this while they're walking though Hell to get to the 초 cage, but because we haven't really gotten an idea on what they're going to do, nor is it ever well explained where the divine cage is in Hell, it was a bit vague.
