Sonic 팬 Characters Article: Require Help on Nationality Decision

When I first created Rynk, and the country Supreta, they originated from TWO Nationalities. Persian, and Scottish. I decided that I would focus on the Persian part 더 많이 when designing Rynk later on, but over time I began to notice a bit 더 많이 the attire, accent, and economy, of India, and found that it matched what I was looking for much better.

I was interested in the Persian culture at the time, but aside from India’s clothing and lifestyle seeming 더 많이 like Rynk, I always had trouble with getting the right structure and research for the Persian side of the country, namely because I was focusing on the original Persian country before it fell.

So what I’m considering is changing the ethnicity from Persian to Indian for the country and everything connected. I know that if I do this it means that I’ll have to go back and replace everything in the stories that mentions Persia with India, but I assure 당신 while it may be a bit tedious it is perfectly possible, just time-consuming.

I could of course go a different direction, and take away the Scottish side, merging the Persian and Indian cultures. If I did this then there would be some rewriting to do also, but not as much since I haven’t focused on the Scottish side of the country that much, with the only part sticking out about it being a character in “Offspring”.

A third option would be to have all three nationalities which will still, again, make work for me, but that’s unavoidable.

I don’t feel comfortable continuing to write about something that I can’t be accurate about. Believe me when I say that I’ve tried to find the right info about the Persian culture, but failing to find the right kind has only been ONE of the problems I’ve faced with this.

If 당신 guys want to point me somewhere that can help me with my research on it, I’d appreciate it, but I’d like to know what you’d all like me to do with it. I can make it…

AmadeusRhapsody Although I find the touch of Scottish neat, if it doesn't fit the character as well and/or its not focused on as much, the necessity of it is low. If she represents Indian culture more I would suggest leaning towards that instead of the Scottish part. However I'm just considering the workload here, even if you stated you're fine with that. And in short, Indian and Persian just seems like a good match for me. Indo-Persian culture does exist, anyway. They're different in a way where you can mix it up into something new, but there's enough similarities that she can represent both cultures and it doesn't look mashed up and random. India is incredibly diverse, anyway, so you can find some Persian history in there if you want to research. (Or Iranian) You sort of have to go with something that fits her best. It really just depends on what you planned to do with the Scottish side. I don't know how it will impact Rynk if you decide to spend more time on it. Same thing with the country.

AmadeusRhapsody Makes sense, though I'm sure you can figure out another way for that sort of culture to stay, that is if you decide to leave it out. That seems like a bit of work, too. In my opinion, Scottish and Persia or India is a bit far in the spectrum of nationalities, and as a pair, it seems a bit odd. I do see why it would be necessary. Understandable. Persia and India does have its history, so the connections are in your favor, somewhat. I think it would a neat relation to study. Even after the fall and the land became Iran, they still impacted each other. So for accuracy, you could look into that and see how they mixed, possibly using it as an influence. This should be accurate enough since it should view both sides. India has many cultures residing in it so I don't think it's too fragile to work with. That's all I can think of for that option. Can't say the same for the others.

AmadeusRhapsody That is interesting. Considering it's your own creation I could see it working properly. A culturally diverse country is possible, anyway, but some may not leave as big as an imprint as others. Perhaps you can do all three, but it can vary instead of being perfectly balanced. Several aspects of the country can be covered, like the language and beliefs you mentioned, the different cultures can affect different things under the same roof without clashing, maybe. Like, one culture is more noticeable in the architecture, and another culture being noticeable in the government, I guess. Seems fun to work with, actually. Especially with new stuff popping up. Not bad. Research can either be pain or entertainment. Good luck. And hopefully another user has their input.

AmadeusRhapsody @Tak: Oh, well, since you seem to have a number at hand already, would you prefer going with the choice of all three? If you don't mind the extra time. I've always liked the fact that we put a lot of work into things like this. Some people find it ridiculous but the effort is sometimes worth it at the end. Like, it may lead to new hobbies and interests or it refines skills. And hey, working with new knowledge in an entertaining way. I never bother to know stuff until I decide to apply it to my work. @Matt: Just a small opinion butting in, but I absolutely love to work with mythology-inspired concepts. It's fascinating to learn about and work with it.

Lab 쥐 Part Eleven

It is still screaming from after the two knives stuck in its chest. I cannot stand to listen to the screaming. I yank the knives out, and fall backward. I feel weak. My arms will not lift, and my legs will not either. The creature still screams, and as it continues to do so I feel weaker and weaker. I feel so ill; I want to leave the room but it’s like the screaming is keeping me here, making me listen to it. It is a punishment, like what the arms did to my thumb, and I deserve it.

I cannot even bring myself to speak, to say sorry to the creature. I try to and all that comes out are whimpers....

IAW: Mob Suez Chapter Seven

Chapter Seven

It was at one of the Ruin-areas that the earthquake had caused the ground to crack open and collapse, revealing the underground waterfall, and stream. The fall itself was frozen, with small cracks that let out small trails of water to the unfrozen stream below. Dave was extremely cautious about getting too close, as he assumed that the ground was no longer stable (regardless of the fact that many others were running about with no injury).

He saw abandoned vehicles about, old and decayed, not in current use, which caused him to completely miss that Craiger’s car was parked nearby....
