~ Roasted and peeled eggplant salad ~

This is my most favourite salad. I could eat tones of this stuff, especially in the summertime cause I can use fresh eggplants (the canned ones are no good !)
You'll need : * eggplants * sunflower oil * 1 small 양파 * 레몬 주스 * salt * garlic * tomatoes
1.First, the eggplants need to be broiled on the stove, on open flame. Also, 당신 can grill them on electrical stove until the insides become very soft.
