Just...kinda....NEED TO KNOW!!!!!

The 아니메 is nothing like the manga, but the 망가 is 1000x better in my opinion. For example the order of the 1st season of the 아니메 is similar to the 1st season of the 망가 but the events in the 아니메 swap chapters around and stuff like that. A great example of this would be when everybody meets Ruby. In the 망가 it is after the battle with Kuyo and (SPOLIER ALERT FOR FIRST LIKE 23 CHAPTERS) Tsukune is becoming a Ghoul (A degenrated corpse that is overtaken 의해 monster blood to create a mindless killing monster that only wants to kill). Because of Moka's blood inside of Tsukune it temporarily turns him into a Vampire until the blood is injected into him again when he's close to dying; and Ruby's Master is alive and she turns uses the forbidden magic, not Ruby. Then Tsukune and everybody destroy Ruby's Master and save Ruby. Also The whole nd season of the 망가 is basically left out of the 아니메 and the nd season of the 망가 is where everything gets interesting. And ontop of that the 망가 is still releasing chapters monthly.
