A little bit, yes. I feel like in a primitive sense people see attractive people and see them as the best fit for whatever. Big example is getting dates and forming friendships; looks are the first impression and people are naturally drawn to more attractive people. Likewise it is used as a basis for dating; biologically people want to find someone with good genes to reproduce.
I'd say it affects jobs too. To some degree I feel as though employees are more likely to hire an attractive person because they look healthy and therefor good for the position. Granted, I think you'd be fine as long as you look presentable.

Granted I feel like good looks shouldn't earn any advantages unless you're going into a modeling profession.

Idk if that makes sense.

It can only go so far if you're not good in bed.
But it depends. Sometimes it will, sometimes it won't.
I appreciate looking at a good-looking guy, but I still wouldn't take bs from him lol.
Thats generally how it is. If you're good-looking but shitty, it will only go so far.
If you're good-looking and has a good personality, of course I'd like to treat them better ;)

Unless you’re into modeling, or working for a huge company of some kind, it doesn’t really matter that much. But, honestly, we really shouldn’t be relying so much on our looks to get ya places. Doing so makes us shallow, and who looks shallow people? I don’t.

Not really.I mean,if you have a shitty personality than nobody is going to like you even if you're the most attractive looking person in the world.
Also in terms of careers beauty can actually sometimes be a curse because no matter how skilled/talented you are the majority of people are still going to attribute your success solely on your looks instead of your hard work.
I have to add that there have been beautiful actresses who weren't given serious roles exactly because of the fact that their beauty caused their acting skills not to be taken seriously.Marilyn Monroe is the best example of this and even Charlize Theron once talked about it in an interview:
“Jobs with real gravitas go to people that are physically right for them and that’s the end of the story. How many roles are out there for the gorgeous, f---ing, gown-wearing eight-foot model? When meaty roles come through, I’ve been in the room and pretty people get turned away first.”

There are also other disadvantages that come with being good looking especially when it comes to females, like if you're beautiful chances are high that some creep might sexually harass you.Not to mention that you might end up dating jerks who don't really love you but only date you because of your beauty which int turn could lead to depression if you are a vulnerable person.
