Of course it does. Generally speaking, all emotions affect your health at least minorly as emotions and feelings are essentially a lot of hormones and hormones also affect your body.
Loneliness itself has a tendency to release the stress hormone which is a hormone which, in too high amounts, can cause depression, headaches, sleep problems, etc all of which directly intertwine in your health 또는 can cause further health issues.
Also taking hormones and all out of the picture, loneliness can cause behavioral actions that are unhealthy such as lack of a will to eat and many other things.
