Usually when people refer to relationships between a young person and an older person it is called a May/December relationship.
So when Cuddy asked House, "Why can't it be October/October?" she was talking about a relationship between two people around the same age. :)

its in one of the older episodes, when house is talking to cuddy about dating relationships (im not sure which episode, sorry). but basically theyre talking about how people need to be compatable in a relationship, and that 당신 cant have different 'months' (which basically means two different types of people). cuddy states that 당신 cant have two people, say a july and a january together in a relationship. it has to be an october/october because their similar, and in my interpretation they can change like how summer turns into fall and fall turns into winter.
