Day 3: Fly to Pokhara, drive to Syauli Bazaar and trek to Ghandruk
We take a flight towards Pokhara after early breakfast. We check out remarkable sights of the Himalayas from the right part of our airplane. On your entrance in Pokhara, the attractive lake city, we are pleased with wonderful sights of the Himalayas along Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machhapuchhre, the 5 mountains of Annapurna and more. Later, we proceed towards Syauli Bazaar and begin the trekking towards Ghandruk. The community is a main recruitment center for the renowned Gurkha militaries.
In Ghandruk, we adore amazing sights of Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Annapurna South, and Hiunchuli Highlands. From here we start uphill via Deurali and into the condensed rhododendron woodlands. After walking on a tiny pass, we arrive Tadapani where we relish outstanding sights of Machhapuchhre, Annapurna and Hiunchuli highlands. There are some Tibetans in the community who trade things for the travelers to take back their residence as a memento.
After Tadapani we move towards the chief path and for the next 5 days we will move in a more remote part of the Annapurna region. During the journey today, we are likely to appreciate the varied wildlife of the region and obviously the wonderful sight of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna South. Hiking in a comparatively calm trail we arrive Dobato which is conquered by the outstanding sight of the Annapurna South.
In the morning, we go downhill via open ground and gorgeous woodland to arrive the grasslands of Lower Chistibung. Then, we climb slowly via a forest earlier arriving Upper Chistibung which is a temporary herder’s defrayal. If you’re fortunate, you can also spot the interesting Lophophorus (Danphe), the national bird of Nepal.
We get on a stable hike above the tree line over alpine fields and grasslands to arrive Khopra. As we move Khopra Edge, we view the landfill of Annapurna South. While arriving Khopra we move for a small hike down Khopra Edge to a lookout managing Kali Gandaki river far beneath in this profound gorge. From Khopra we also esteem the striking foothill view that includes Mt. Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri and Annapurna South.
Day 8: Rest day in Khopra Ridge: Tour of Kaire Lake (4,500m/14,763ft)
We start journey from about six in the morning to the Kaire Lake from where we reach outstanding sights of the Fang and nearby mountains. Measured to be a holy lake by the Hindus, it is supposed that bathing in the lake helps achieve Nirvana. As Hinduism and Buddhism are involvedly connected in Nepal, we can also view different Hindu and Buddhist monuments on the waterside. For those of us who do not desire walking all the way towards the lake, a half day hike from Khopra can even be settled.
From Khopra Ridge we go downhill off the hillside and start simple on a vertical path. Throughout the journey we get more sights of Mount Dhaulagiri with the mountain offering an attractive environment to the adjoining arenas and traditional communities in the near communities.
From Swanta we go downhill over the community arenas to a tiny stream and take a rapid glance at the local water grinder. From here we pass the suspension bridge and move uphill to the community of Chittre, where we are likely to join the key walking path at Ghorepani. After Ghorepani we go downhill via rhododendron woodland to Ulleri where we spend the night.
Throughout your way to Nayapul, we adore the remarkable hill scenery of western Nepal. Our walk ends at Nayapul where we board our automobile towards Pokhara, the attractive lake city. Also from the city we are pleased with wonderful sights of the Himalayas along with Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Manaslu (8,156m), Machhapuchhre (6,993m), the five peaks of Annapurna and others.
