The blurry can happen on any poll really, but can be a problem especially in a 'whose prettier' kind of deal.

The unflattering image is mostly used in 'who's prettier' polls. The maker's favorite has a really gorgeous/handsome image while with his/her least favorite it looks like he or she choose the worst image he or she could find on Google. Or in an 'is so and so pretty' question if the maker doesn't like that person he/she uses all terrible images.

:) :( is pretty self-explanatory; the poll maker puts a smiley by his or her favorite option and a frown by his or her least favorite option.

The last two are also self-explanatory.

Image inequality annoys me. Smileys are eyeroll-worthy, but I consider the "if you pick this you're wrong" options a reportable offense. (Unless it's a joke-y pick and the maker is obviously kidding.)

Any form of bias annoys me though lol. I could have picked any of those options really.

The blurry one is more acceptable for me now since fanpop kind of just does it sometimes no matter what you do. So for me it's a toss between the one I picked and the unflattering image one. I picked this one though because its a double whammy to me; not only is it annoying on principal but I like to vote on every poll and these kinds of polls break my streak so I get extra salty.

Also the both options seems to lean to one side and the unflattering images one. But any of bias usually just annoys me in general.

And the 2 involving comments on the options - they're basically different ways of doing the same thing.

Any of this really, but this is the snarkiest one. But I think Dasm made a good point about this option too. Fortunately, I can't think of any situations where I've seen this one! Let's keep it that way, kthx.

^ Unfortunately I've seen it. I'd agree though; I'd almost be inclined to report it.

Another option which isn't in the polls is when one answer (the poster's favourite) has an image but the rest don't. I've seen that once or twice.

Any form of bias really,to me it doesn't make sense to even do any of that because doesn't that pretty much negate the idea of making the Pick in the first place? Asking others their opinion on the subject of the pick not the other way around.

^Some people make polls to try to get others to agree with them, not accepting the fact that they might actually hold a different opinion.

^^ That's how I always felt about it; I feel like biased polls are kind of pointless. But as Flicker said, they're looking for unanimous agreement.

It's like they're making the choice for you by doing this. Like why bother to vote at all?

This one, and the emoticons one and the 2 comments one. They're basically all trying for the same influencing effect - I chose this one because it's the one I've seen the most.

At least with blurry images and only one/some options having images, this can happen by accident or by truly only having an image for one/some (though in that case I'd personally choose to omit images for all options).
