Does anyone know a rough estimate of how much stuff has to be rated on a Spot for 당신 to become a dedicated fan?

I was just wondering, im a dedicated 팬 of 4 spots but i have added loads of info to others, maybe it dosent get rated as much. Itd be great if someone knew the answer and could tell me please :) xx
