When they changed the rating system, I think they changed it so that if 2 people have accounts on one browser, only one of them can rate stuff. It was to counteract cheaters and people having multiple accounts.
Yeah, the people that I have talked to about this also have siblings 또는 family members that use the same computer, so I think that might be the problem. But Cammie is right, 당신 should 이메일 the F4 just in case.

It's not a good thing, but it's nice to know that I'm not the only person who can't rate things. In my case, I'm pretty sure it's because my computer is so old and outdated, and I can't afford to have any of the problems taken care of. There are a lot of things I can't do on mine, so I always have to make a list of things to do when I get a chance to use the computers at the public library. The thing about having 더 많이 than one 팬팝 account on the same computer kind of makes sense to me, but that poses another question. Would that mean that only the first account user could rate, 또는 would it mean that neither could rate?
