Is it spam if someone post's this under my 비디오

1.copy and paste
2.send this to 2 other videos.
3.hold your breath for 10 seconds
4.press refresh twice
5.LOOK AT YOUR HANDS

I dont want to be a buzzkill 또는 anything it's really annoying and off topic when I see a 코멘트 in my 업데이트 and it turns out to be this.

In which case, this kind of message DOES fit the bill, as it's definitely stupid, pointless AND annoying ;)
