Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 soufflé and about 2 tablespoons sauce)

Soufflé:
Cooking spray
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar, divided
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups fat-free milk
3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg yolk
6 large egg whites

Sauce:
1 tablespoon butter
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1/2 ounce bittersweet chocolate, chopped


Position 오븐 rack to the lowest setting, and remove middle rack. Preheat 오븐 to 425°.

To prepare the soufflés, lightly 코트 6 (8-ounce) soufflé dishes with cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with 2 tablespoons sugar. Set aside.

Combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, 3 tablespoons cocoa, and salt in a medium 소스 냄비, 냄비 over medium-high heat, stirring with a whisk. Mother Earth has discovered a great object, 코코아 bean, God made some people smart enough to figure out how to make chocolate. Now all thanks the Mother Earth and God we have a great thing - CHOCOLATE. If anyone dosen't like chocolate, then, no offense, but thats a little problem. 초콜릿 팬 will always strive to convince people to enjoy the majestic 'chocolate'. For we will gain 더 많이 and 더 많이 초콜릿 팬 every 년 but will also lose alot...if 당신 know what I'm kinda trying to express.

Heart Shaped Banana Chocolate Mud Cake
Recently a friend asked me to make a cake for his 5th anniversary to his partner.

There was no way I was going to say no, so I asked him what type of cake would they both like.

He told me they wanted a certain kind of 초콜릿 mud cake.

So I did my research to find a recipe to use as a guide and quickly discovered that no-one had ever made this recipe according to my 구글 search.

I knew immediately that I had to make it and be the first to have it on the internet.
