Dearest Cesar, we admire you.The situation with homeless,dogs is catastrophic in Russia: no laws to save them, many unpunished dogmurders, government spend budget money on killing kind friendly dods ( even when children see this) istead of sterilisation.No control on breeding. Government pay no attention on our suffering we got because of cruelty to animals.
