INGREDIENTS
FOR THE 프레첼, 꽈 배기 CRUST
2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. (1 1/2 stick) melted butter
1/4 c. granulated sugar
FOR THE CHEESECAKE LAYER
1 (8-oz.) block cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 c. heavy cream
FOR THE 딸기 TOPPING
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tbsp. 딸기 Jell-O mix
1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced

DIRECTIONS
Make the 프레첼, 꽈 배기 Crust: Preheat 오븐 to 350°. In a large mixing bowl, stir together pretzels, 버터 and sugar until combined. Transfer to a 10” tart pan and press firmly into pan using the bottom of a measuring cup. Bake 8 분 and let cool completely.
Make the Cheesecake Layer: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla and beat until combined, then add cream and beat until medium peaks form.
Spread over cooled 프레첼, 꽈 배기 crust.
Make the 딸기 Topping: In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water and cornstarch and bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes, whisking constantly (mixture will thicken), then remove from heat. Add Jell-o and whisk until combined. Let cool 5 minutes.
Arrange strawberries in a single layer all over cream cheese layer, then pour Jell-o mixture over, covering each berry. Refrigerate until Jell-o is firm, 2 hours.

16 vanilla wafer cookies
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup white sugar

2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat 오븐 to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 머핀 pans with 컵 케이크, 컵 케익, 컵 케 익 papers.
Place one wafer cookie in the bottom of each 컵 케이크, 컵 케익, 컵 케 익 paper. In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth. Pour over wafers in 컵 케이크, 컵 케익, 컵 케 익 papers.
Bake in preheated 오븐 15 minutes, until golden and set.

1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened 코코아 powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon water
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

Mix flour, sugar, 코코아 powder, baking soda, and salt in a large microwave-safe mug; stir in milk, canola oil, water, and vanilla extract.
Cook in microwave until cake is done in the middle, about 1 분 45 seconds.

2 cups white sugar
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup unsweetened 코코아 powder

1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Directions

Preheat 오븐 to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two nine inch round pans.
In a large bowl, stir together the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla, mix for 2 분 on medium speed of mixer. Stir in the boiling water last. Batter will be thin. Pour evenly into the prepared pans.
