what do 당신 do if both players run out of cards in their hands but have cards in their deck?

um....... wait till your turn and DRAW of couse 또는 take the ones from your field

당신 can use abilities from monsters, 또는 some certain cards in your graveyard, 또는 당신 can use the cards 당신 already have out on the field but other then that you'd have to pass and then draw from your deck on your 다음 turn.
