How do I like 또는 reply to a 코멘트 now?

With every video on the new YouTube, most of the 코멘트 have no buttons to like them 또는 reply to them. There are a lot that I really want to like 또는 reply to but there seems to be no way now.

That does seem like the only way. I don't think it actually alerts them though.

Same here with me, I will admit, I do not like the decision of the Google+ connection to YouTube in order to 코멘트 on 비디오 because 당신 can't reply to legacy 코멘트 and 당신 also can't up vote 또는 down vote any of them either and that sucks, I have this problem too! XP
The only thing I like about this decision is that I can type as many character letters than before. :)
