Should I buy a PS Vita

I remember when the launch for the PS Vita was beyond terrible, even worse than the 3DS, which is really saying something. But, after looking at the library, they have quite a few amazing games, like Persona 4 Golden, Gravity Rush, Minecraft, Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Dragon's Crown, Final 판타지 X, Hyperdimension Neptunia, Wipeout 2048, Virtue's Last Reward, Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment, Persona 4: Dancing All Night, J Stars Victory VS, and much more. My 프렌즈 told me I should get it online, 또는 wait for the price to drop. What do 당신 guys think?
