In the 망가 Vampire Knight we are in what year? When Yuki 15 years, we are in what year?

I don't think it's set in any particular recognisable time period. Like 당신 pointed out, there are modern things there like the way they dress, and 더 많이 old fashioned things as well. Also there's historic events mentioned which don't fit into any real history.
