how can we create a club? can we do that?

1. Go to the 팬팝 Homepage.
2. Scroll down until 당신 see "Browse Clubs" on the right hand side of the screen.
3. Click on the link on 상단, 맨 위로 of the 표, 테이블 which says "Create new club"
