Humans are their prey so they are made to appear as appealing as possible to lure them in. It's basically so they're equipped to be the ultimate predator. You'd be much 더 많이 suspicious if they were ugly.

thats cool and all but what about when some of them change? guess thats why they have to glimmer them.
they change when they feed,fly,morph,etc; ref: underworld,blade,vampire diaries.if i was in that 영화 as a "real" person i would not want 또는 키스 them.and remeber the 설명 bella gave of he voltari,they looked like paper,ugh who would wanna 키스 that,ugh
I suppose they don't change until it's too late for the person to do anything about it. That's who they are when they feed... I wouldn't want to 키스 that either.
well 1st they arnt real so S.M thought beauty would go better then ugly! and 2nd bella would have never noticed edward if he was beautiful (not to say thats all that matters) but she noticed him from across the room and was curious cuz of his families Hottness lol
