Well 1.) This really is a major repeat =/ Not to be mean or anything, but this question has been asked in so many ways, so many times...

2.) NO COUPLE RIVALRY WILL EVER TOP BRUCAS VS LEYTON. It's just a straight up fact. Not only have LP been off the show for close to 2 years already, but the last time BL were actually a couple was back in the beginning of S4 & we're now on S8... Yet the fights and debates about which couple is better still rage on.

Agreed. Leyton/Brucas was mega-intense...hell it still is at times and the endgame was decided long ago.

BUT YEAH! NOTHING can compare to this rivalry! The triangle ended in S4 which was YEARS ago and we still argue about the same things NOW.

impossible to beat!! The BL/LP rivalry is HUGE. & Leytonfan4ever i disagree with what u said about it ending in s4. BL may have broken up 4 the last time then but the triangle wasnt over until 601, bc all thru s5 there were bl scenes & hints at them being 2gether. So they werent really over until s6.. but thats just my opinion

Isn't it obvious? Even now after few years when triangle ended, it's still biggest ship war ever.

BUT Peyton & Brooke were NEVER at war after S4 ended. AND BL may have had scene back in S5, but c'mon, there were NO signs of the BLP EVER resurfacing. It was just a bunch of BL friendship scenes.. there was no signs of romance or signs that Lucas was still in-love with Brooke. ANDDD S5 was MOSTLY just the LLP triangle not the BLP. Like I said, we haven't seen that triangle since S4.

And the proof is by the argument taking place in this pick lol.

Anyway, I don't think DE vs SE is as bad as DE vs DB.

Fans of the Dawson/Joey/Pacey love triangle used to have really big shipping wars... it's probably the 2nd worst after Brooke/Lucas/Peyton (which of course was always the worst!)... but I think that 1- people aren't as crazy with Dawson's Creek anymore, 2- people didn't hate the rival couple as much with the DC love triangle as they do with the OTH triangle.

The thing is... you don't have to argue with someone to make the triangle real or not. Brooke obviously still had feelings for a long time after S4.

I'm just very use to seeing love triangles where it's two people wanting the same person or in-love with the same person (like how we see in most TV shows). Now, Brooke wanting to be with Lucas in S5 is sort of debatable (which I won't get into). Peyton defiantly wanted to be with Lucas. It was so obvious. So, that's why I think there wasn't any triangle with LPB. The only "love" triangle I saw was just the LLP triangle.. not so much the LBP :/ That's just MY opinion though. Like I said, I understand why people would think otherwise. And I don't mean to say that in a rude way.
